I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Angela for almost 7 years now, first as a patient and second as a colleague. It didn’t take long to realize, even back then, that Angela had a very special quality about her which has only strengthened over time.
Angela has that rare ability to empathize with just about anyone, assess the situation, move into action and then follow through. She is very sincere and has a natural gift with people. Everyone is drawn to her kind nature and I have only heard positive remarks about her abilities.
If Angela was still in Toronto, I’d be the first in line to attend her courses. I’m sure my wife and 3 children would be right beside me.

After class I had the best sleep I have had in a long long time. I feel really good after class. I recognize I am physically in the worst shape I have ever been in, so I am a little sore after class.C. Stokes
Physically I feel much stronger in my core!! I do try to do this at home at least two times! In addition to your class. Emotionally I welcome the moments of peace in an normally very crazy day.

Thursday night class is what helps me make it through to the end of the week! I find that physically, I am much more flexible and have fewer ‘aches and pains’. Class provides me with ‘me’ time and calms me so that I can better deal with the pressures of work and home.

Physically – It feels great to stretch and exercise.
Mentally – I am working very hard to try and keep my mind from racing (some days are harder than others) and also I am learning to stay calm and not get so worked up (thinking before reacting).
Spiritually – Helping me reconnect with my spiritually.

Over the last four weeks I have noticed that no matter how tired I am going to class always helps me relax and ready myself for the next day, and prepare myself for the coming week. I find that in times of stress I remember different techniques that help me quiet my mind and feel more at peace.

Hi Angela; I just wanted to let you know that I almost didn’t make tonight’s class as I have had a bad sinus headache all day. Nothing that I took orally would touch it. But by the end of tonight’s class, I barely had a trace of it left. I was feeling so much better. You once sent me an email about headaches so now I have experienced how yoga can help.
I am feeling more at peace and not as emotional, more calming at bedtime, remembering your chant of “Let Go” . Physically, I actually want to workout, and look forward to it, rather than dreading going to workout! Not a strenuous workout at all, very relaxing.

I have noticed a great difference in how I treat my body and mind! I’ve said it before but want to say it again. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and giving the brilliant classes that I’ve participated in this year. I look forward to each and every one of them and feel they are helping me physically, mentally and emotionally, age with a little more grace and good health. Had I continued on the path that I was on, I’m sure I wouldn’t be walking today.
